What are the approximate distances from the villas in golf cart and walking to the points of interest inside the hotel?
- Eden Roc Beach Club, La Palapa, Spa, Salon, Fitness Center & Blue Restaurant – 10-12 minutes walking | 3 minutes golf cart

What are the distances in transportation from the lobby to the points of interest in Cap Cana?

What time is check in and what time is check out?
- Check in is at 3:00PM
- Check out is at 12:00PM
Are there any entrance restrictions?
Per Cap Cana rules, all visitors and guests must be registered at least 24-48 hours prior to entry, your concierge will be requiring all guests for IDs or Passports prior to arrival. This helps ensure safety on resort premises.
Guests not on the original booking list must be pre-authorized by the hotel manager and within the villa’s maximum occupancy.
Do I have to complete documents to get the entrance to Dominican Republic?
Yes, the completion of the e-ticket is required for both entering or leaving the Dominican Republic. This is a digital form required for travelers by Dominican Migration.
The e-Ticket is issued by the government of the Dominican Republic and must be completed by all passengers, whether Dominican or foreign, for customs inspection. The e-ticket form can be completed in the following link: eTicket (migracion.gob.do) Once you finish a QR will be provided, take a screen of it.
The e-ticket is required for both entering and leaving the country.

Are events allowed?
Events within the premises must be requested. Only one of our villas allows events (Founders’ Villa) Restrictions and regulations apply. Events can also be prepared at one of our venues around the hotel such as beach/pool areas, ballrooms or restaurants.

Are the sunchairs and umbrellas at the beach club upon request?
The sunchairs and umbrellas are not able to be booked or reserved. There is enough availability of items at the beach club and pool area to fully accommodate all guests staying on our properties.

Is breakfast included?
Full breakfast is included daily and served a la carte and with a grand buffet in Blue Restaurant. You do also have the option of having breakfast at the villa (extra charges may apply for delivery or can be taken).
Can I add meal plans to my booking?
Yes, you can add meal plans. Meal Plans information below:
Half Board Plan: US $ 95.00 per person, per night
Full Board Plan: US $ 160.00 per person, per night
Alcohol not included / soft drinks restricted
Kids rates vary according to ages
Is transportation to the airport included?
Yes, transfers from and to Puntacana International Airport to Eden Roc are included. Other transfers to other airports in the island, as Romana or Santo Domingo, can be arranged at extra cost.
Are the golf carts included?
Yes, private Golf Carts for transportation are offered complimentary for our villas.
How many golf carts do I have included?
The number of golf carts will vary according to the villa booked and the number of guests.

Do I have free access to Punta Espada Golf Course? Are tee times extra?
The access is complimentary, and tee times are at extra cost; Eden Roc’s guests’ requests will be prioritized by the Golf course.
Is the concierge receiving me upon arrival?
Yes, your concierge will be receiving you and your group upon arrival and will be in contact during the whole stay, butler as well.
Is my check in private?
Yes, the check-in is private and direct at our villas.
Am I able to smoke at the property?
Please note our properties are non-smoking. Cigarettes and cigars can be smoked outside of the villa in terrace or patio areas where the wind flows properly.
Do I have bathroom amenities included?
Yes, indulgent bath amenities by Acqua Di Parma are included.
Are there towels at the beach club or do I have to take them from the villa?
Yes, there are towels at the beach club.
Which staff do I have included during my stay and what are their functions?
Our villas & residences include chef service, butler service and housekeeping service. Others as bartenders and waiters can be contracted.

Can I have extra beds and are the beds twin or rollaway beds?
We do offer rollaway beds.
Do you offer nanny services?
Yes, we do offer babysitting services upon request, for arrangements and prices, kindly contact us at guestexperience@edenroccapcana.com.
When can I start coordinating my trip with the concierge team?
We recommend you start planning your trip with us as soon as you have your flights arranged to ensure we can accommodate with sufficient time all the activities and dinner reservation you with to enjoy during your stay.
Is the staff always around on the property during my stay? Do they also sleep at the villa?
You will have a personal concierge who will be with you during the duration of your stay. They will meet you upon your arrival at the hotel and personally take you to the villa and explain to you all the facilities and inclusions. Please note that they will be the ones assisting you with any requests you might need during your stay.
If my villa is not ready upon my check-in, am I able to enjoy the hotel facilities in the meantime?
We will do our upmost to ensure the villa is ready for your arrival, nevertheless, if the villa was occupied and our housekeeping team is unable to have the room ready at the time of your arrival, please note that your personal concierge will take you to all the areas and you are more than welcome to enjoy all our facilities while your villa is getting ready.
Can I have an early check-in or a late check out if I requested with enough anticipation? Is there an extra charge for this?
Even though we are unable to confirm any early check-in or late check-outs, we can place the request in the system and confirm it once it is closer to the arrival date.
Where can I have nightlife during my stay in Punta Cana?
For you to enjoy some nightlife during your stay, we can recommend the casino in Cap Cana located 10 min away from the hotel called Dominic Casino. We as well can arrange nightclubs for you before your arrival, and, of course, they have VIP tables. Our best recommendation is Coco bongo Club.

Do I have room service available 24/7 in my villa?
Yes, we do offer a 24/7 villa dining service with various menus for you to choose from during your stay. Room service delivery does not have extra cost, guests will only pay for the food & beverage order.
How much time do I have to organize the chef's services in the villa?
Please note that we can arrange all the menus, and the times, based on your preferences prior to your arrival to ensure all services are ready and you can just enjoy yourself without having to plan daily.
Kindly note a minimum of 48h notice to organize this service is required if you do not wish to arrange it prior to your arrival.
Am I able to bring visitors or extra guests to the villa?
Please note that you are more than welcome to bring any visitors to the villa, nevertheless, we do require at least 24h notice before their arrival to coordinate the access to Cap Cana. On the other hand, please be informed that any additional guests that will be staying overnight will incur an additional charge.
